What does regular shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $9.95 for all orders. FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $200.
How many days is regular shipping?
Expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.
Are expedited shipping options available?
Yes, they are as follows:
Two-Day Air (excluding Hazardous Items): $30.00
Two-Day Air (including Hazardous Items): $80.00

My salon is in Canada, can I participate?
Not currently. We are launching this program in the US only. We are eager to share it with our friends in Canada but do not have an estimated timeframe. Thank you for your patience!
What is the Return policy?
All sales final. When your shipment is delivered, open and inspect the package and notify UPS of any damages at the time of acceptance.
