As a family-owned and independently operated company, L’ANZA stands strong with stylists and small businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.  To help support salons during these extremely uncertain times, we have assembled a $4.4 million-dollar recovery package that includes online education, business support, salon products, and marketing support. This package will help prepare L’ANZA salons to re-open and service their clients stronger and better than ever.


New Online Education – When stay-at-home orders began, we immediately rallied our award-winning Creative Team, Artistic Design Team and Healing Artists to deliver FREE salon-ready techniques in color, cut, and style. These interactive classes air on Facebook Live and then archived and available through IGTV via Instagram.
Business Coaching – L’ANZA Code of Business coach Steve Gomez led 3 online and free motivating Facebook Live sessions, which are usually contracted on an individual stylist basis. A global leader in coaching and training for the professional beauty industry, Gomez has been a fountain of knowledge, providing valuable tips and resources for stylists and business owners, along with tools to help prepare for their B.I.G. comeback. An archive of resources can also be viewed on the L’ANZA website for FREE.
L’ANZA Brand Consultant Network – This savvy and professionally trained team of Brand Consultants is the largest and most passionate in the industry.  They are working and available around the clock, providing both online and phone support for L’ANZA salons and stylists.  They will help develop customized business plans to help salons plan and prepare for their future.
L’ANZA Loyalty Program – Understanding that COVID-19 has affected everyone, L’ANZA Loyalty status will be extended for those unable to qualify for Q1 and Q2, based on your previous qualifying Level.
L’ANZA MyTRIBE – L’ANZA Loyalty members can access free downloads for the L’ANZA “Get Rooted” campaign, along with a variety of marketing and digital collateral to support curbside pickup and home delivery.  MyTRIBE members also have access to a vast wealth of educational materials including: Online Certifications – Color Certification & Care Certification, Product Training, L’ANZA Techniques – Blonding, Gray Coverage & Balayage & Code of Color & Product Knowledge Guide.
L’ANZA Product Package – Once the stay-at-home order is lifted, we want salons to get back to business in a B.I.G way!  We will provide a generous package that will include Free BackBar Treatments, Hair Color, and Retail products, as well as in-salon promotional and educational support. 
What L’ANZA is Doing for Our Communities
Giving back and supporting causes is dear to L’ANZA, and at the heart of their B.I.G. mission. During these uncertain times, L’ANZA has made a financial contribution to the Professional Beauty Association CO-VID 19 Relief Fund, donated to the Angel Food Project Food Bank that feeds homeless and those in needs and started a Get Rooted Campaign, with profits going to the World Health Organization’s CoVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund. We will continue donating with our cause marketing campaigns throughout the year including the Arbor Day Foundation, Heal the Bay, and the Breast Cancer Awareness Research Foundation. 
We can’t control this situation, but we can control our response to it. Our B.I.G. Mission is rooted in Love, Gratitude, Integrity, Trust, and Commitment, and these core values will sustain us as we navigate these waters in real time.
