1. Sponsor
The L'ANZA Haircare Email & SMS Sign-Up Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by L'ANZA Haircare ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on the date stated on the promotional materials and ends at 11:59 PM PT on the stated end date ("Promotion Period").
4. How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry:
Sign up to receive L'ANZA Haircare marketing emails.
Opt in to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from L'ANZA Haircare.
Complete the required registration form during the Promotion Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address/mobile phone number.
Existing email and SMS subscribers may enter by completing the giveaway registration form during the Promotion Period, if applicable.
5. SMS Disclosure
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from L'ANZA Haircare at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance.
6. Prize
One or more winners will receive the prize(s) described in the promotional materials. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") will be disclosed in the giveaway announcement.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Potential winner(s) will be notified via the email address provided during entry. Sponsor may also contact winners by text message if applicable.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) days, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. Privacy
Information collected during the Promotion is subject to the L'ANZA Haircare Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the Promotion and send marketing communications in accordance with participant preferences.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Terms & Conditions.
12. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
13. Disputes
Except where prohibited, participants agree that all disputes shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Winner List
To request the name of the winner(s), send a written request to Sponsor within sixty (60) days after the Promotion ends.
