"The conditioner felt like nothing, like I hadn't put anything on my hair. My hair felt so dry and tangled. I love Lanza and everything I have purchased for years. This was a huge disappointment. I ordered the shampoo, detangler and serum and absolutely love them, but the conditioner i will be returning."

"This reformulation is not it. I used to love the Healing Strength Manuka Honey conditioner, it smelled amazing and helped detangle my thick wavy hair. “New look, same results” is very deceiving - the product was completely reformulated and does not work nearly as well anymore. On top of that, it has a nauseating new fragrance. Please bring back the old formulation."
