Love This Product But….

"I really love this Design Foam. Results are amazing. My hair has more volume and my finished style really holds until my next shampoo, while still feeling soft and bouncy. But I’m NOT happy about following 2 issues: 1. $75 minimum purchase to get free shipping, unless you subscribe to recurring shipments. Too high a threshold! 2. L’Anza was out of stock of this product for MANY months. This might have been out of the company’s control and not their fault. But the web page for this product had an option to be notified when the product was back in stock again, by simply providing your email address. I did select that option and provide my email address. However, L’Anza NEVER notified me when the product was back in stock. So, for several months I had to remember to check the website myself to see if it was back in stock yet. And that’s how I finally found out that it was finally back in stock. Why offer customers that option to be notified if there’s no follow through? That’s really bad marketing. I certainly hope that L’Anza’s executive marketing team gets to read this review."
