"Lanza changed their formula and the conditioner is similar to water now. I have to be careful holding the bottle because sometimes it just runs out of the bottle. It used to be much thicker. My hair now feels weighted down and oily. And the only thing that has changed is the product. It’s not the same. I’ve used Lanza for more than 5 years. It’s so disappointing. This Keratin Healing Oil was my favorite. But I won’t be purchasing anymore."

"I had gotten some trial samples of the Keratin Healing Oil Shampoo & Conditioner, which I really liked both. I have already been using some of the healing oil styling products, so decided to invest the extra money into the shampoo & conditioner to help with my dry hair. The shampoo is as expected, but the conditioner is really watery, and nothing like the samples I received. I have to be careful to keep it from dripping out of my hand before putting it on my hair. I don’t know if they had a bad batch or if something changed between when I received the sample sizes and the large bottle, but I’m disappointed in the quality of the conditioner, especially for how expensive it is."
